Start up Microsoft Outlook Express. Select the Tools menu and navigate to Accounts (See Below)

You should now see the Internet Accounts menu in Outlook Express. Select Add to create a new account and then select "NEWS" to make it a usenet account. (See Below)



Select the handle or name which will appear in the From: field whenever you make a post to a Usenet newsgroup. Example: Robert (See Below)



Enter the email address that will appear whenever people reply or quote one of your messages.



a) Enter the Internet News Server Name. For Usenet Monster customers, enter news.usenetmonster.com

b) Make sure to check "My news server requires me to log on" otherwise you won't be able to specify your login/password required to access Usenet. (See Below)

a) Enter your user name and password to authenticate to the Usenet server.

User Name: abcde
Password: your password

b) Check Remember Password" (See Below)

Congratulations - You're done! Click Finish! (See Below)
